Hi, I'm Lily.

I'm a project manager and designer. Right now I'm running the renovation of a studio from first plan to finished rooms: the schedule, the budget, the clear-out, sourcing every finish and fitting, and the 2D and 3D plans.

It took a while to notice this was a job. I've always been the one rearranging my bedroom and getting the whole family to come and see. At 16 I was obsessed with Italy's one-euro house scheme and used to plan makeovers for houses I'd never buy. Working on this project is when it clicked.

Before this I created and produced a podcast, ran marketing and design for an AI road trip start-up, and worked in customer-facing and operations roles in the UK and Japan. In these roles I found the design and creative tasks my favourite.

I'm based in London and Brighton and looking for a role as a renovations manager, an internship or a junior interior designer position from March 2027.
